Important Note: Counselors at Joshua Tree work as independent contractors, not employees. Therefore, each counselor owns and operates their own counseling practice. Joshua Tree contracts with them to provide services. Because of this structure, each counselor sets their own fees and policies. Each counselor also determines the ages and populations they serve. In conjunction, Joshua Tree does not direct how counselors provide counseling. However, counselors choose to join our collective for comradery and support. They also value the community found in a group practice.
