Adults, Teens, Children

Warm, compassionate care for perfectionism, anxiety, quirkiness, and feeling like you don’t fit in. If you're an adult with perfectionistic tendencies or a harsh inner critic; the parent of a teen who is stressed, struggling to fit in, or being bullied; or the parent of a middle school kid who is hyperactive or quirky, Kristen may be the therapist for you. She works with adults, teens and older children to explore thoughts and emotions; and to build coping, communication and relational skills. She meets clients where they are and helps them feel validated and understood, and to get unstuck. Kristen is versatile and adapts her approach to each client's needs. She engages children through play therapy and is skilled in working with neurodivergence and ADHD.

Please note: For minors, the first session is parent-only.
