Dana Denney, LPC
Bold, practical hope for overcoming addiction, depression/anxiety, OCD, relational abuse, and grief. You’ll find Dana's approach to be wise, relational, and collaborative yet full of humor, authenticity and encouragement. Dana specializes in chemical and behavioral addiction counseling, and has a particular interest in helping women survivors of abusive relationships. Dana can also help you navigate loss and deep levels of grief - holding space for your pain without rushing your or trying to "say the perfect thing" or fix anything. She is a sojourner on the journey with you. Or, like she likes to say, she's in the sidecar attached to your motorbike, coaching and cheering you on, and then, after awhile, you'll pull the pin to the sidecar and you'll be off on your own. As a former competitive athlete, Dana understands the effort it takes to change and the vision one must develop to propel and sustain the energy to attain one’s goals. Dana offers Christian addiction counseling when requested.
