Elliott Farris, LAC
Steady, insight-driven therapy for relational conflict, stress, and performance anxiety. If your relationship feels stuck, if you’re battling pornography or sexual addiction in secret, or if anxiety and discouragement have you questioning your worth, Elliott may be the right counselor for you. He is a thoughtful, inspiring, client-led therapist who focuses on helping adults, older teens, and couples heal relational patterns, restore hope, and build a stronger sense of identity. You’ll find his approach to be warm, reflective, and encouraging—yet clear and direct when it matters most. Elliott primarily uses Emotion-Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method for couples and integrates attachment theory, performance psychology, and faith-based principles when requested, to help clients grow in self-awareness, connection, and purpose. As a Christian counselor, Elliott is skilled in the ability to weave Biblical principles and faith practices like prayer and Scripture naturally into counseling when this is requested by clients.
