Stacy is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) and draws on models and theories such as Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Trauma Model Therapy (TMT), Ego State Therapy (EST), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment Theory, Mindfulness, and Somatic Psychology.
