She will help you feel truly seen, heard, and valued. You’ll find her approach to be relational, encouraging and direct. Josette uses her knowledge or how bodies and brains work together to help clients build self-regulation/self-soothing skills, and manage mental health symptoms like anxiety and depression. Josette skillfully weaves a Christian worldview and Biblical principles into counseling when specifically requested by clients.
