Shari is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Therapy (EMDR) and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and draws from other models and theories such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment Theory, Mindfulness, Mending the Soul, Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy (DNMS), Ego State Therapy (EST), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Somatic Psychology, and Neuroscience-informed.
