Therapist Jobs Tucson
Are you looking for therapist jobs in Tucson?
Exciting Update! Joshua Tree is growing. We are under contract on a new building in Tucson (in Plaza Campana on Oracle Rd, just south of Ina). In September 2024, we will have room for more therapists to offer in person counseling.
Joshua Tree Counseling was founded in 2021 by Rachel Lohrman, LPC in Tucson, Arizona as a comfortable, home-like counseling setting where clients can come and heal from their mental, emotional and relational pain, and trauma. We continue to gather a collective of mature Christian believers who share a passion for meeting people in the midst of their suffering and partnering with them towards healing. Our desire is to help clients move from hopeless to healing. We value authenticity, compassion, curiosity, faith, and humor. Learn more about Joshua Tree here.
Independent Contractor Status - Freedom, Support, Choice
All therapists at Joshua Tree are Independent Contractors. Being a independent contractor gives you the freedom to set your own schedule; set your own fees & policies; determine which clients you accept; take time off when you want/need; the ability to work for other places; and the opportunity to make the income you want.
Being an independent contractor at Joshua Tree offers you the benefits and perks of a group practice AND the freedom and choice of a solo private practice. Our practice manager, Kelly, offers administrative support and client onboarding and billing management. Our founder, Rachel, spends quite a bit of time on customized marketing so your schedule stays as full as you want it, and with your ideal clients. She’ll even create you your own individualized website so over time you begin to stand out in the Tucson community for your skill and specialty. In fact, most things are customized to your specific needs and process including customized progress note templates and treatment plans; and an individualized informed consent document. Rachel also provides risk management support in the event you are faced with legal or ethical dilemmas. Our offices are all furnished with comfortable furniture and cozy decor. As a team, we meet monthly to discuss trends in the field, staff difficult cases, and connect with one another.
