Kelly Formo

Kelly is the practice manager at Joshua Tree Counseling and provides genuine, relational client and staff care. Kelly helps new clients get established and acclimated to Joshua Tree and assists all clients with scheduling and billing. You will find Kelly in the office just inside the front door. She loves to meet and chat with clients and adds to the personalized experience clients have at Joshua Tree. She comes to Joshua Tree from 20+ years in the corporate world of retail leadership. Kelly is Rachel's oldest sister and the  "office mom" of the practice. Joshua Tree was named after her late husband. She adds a unique and special touch to Joshua Tree, making clients feels welcome and at home and the team to feel supported and loved.
