Joshua Tree Counseling. She helps new clients get established,
answers questions, and assists with scheduling and billing so
that beginning counseling feels clear, personal, and a little
less overwhelming.
With more than 20 years of experience in retail leadership,
Kelly brings both organizational strength and a natural gift
for making people feel seen and cared for. You’ll often find
her just inside the front door—welcoming clients, supporting

her how to lead, solve problems, manage countless moving
pieces, and remain steady when the unexpected happens.
It also strengthened something that has always come naturally
to her: noticing people. Kelly remembers names, welcomes
conversation, and pays attention to the small details that
help someone feel comfortable and cared for.

The story behind Kelly and Joshua Tree
↓
Kelly is Rachel’s oldest sister, which makes Joshua Tree
more than simply a place where she works. She has a deeply
personal connection to the practice and to the people who
find care here.
Joshua Tree Counseling was named in honor of Kelly’s late
husband, Joshua. His name is woven into the history of the
practice and into the meaningful work that happens here
every day.
Kelly carries that connection with her as she welcomes
clients, supports the counseling team, and helps care for
the practice that bears his name. Her presence adds a
unique and personal touch to Joshua Tree, helping clients
feel at home and the team feel supported and loved.
