Licensed Therapist

If you are a woman struggling with recent or past traumatic experiences, or need support developing healthy boundaries and navigating major life changes, Natalie may be the right therapist for you. You’ll find her approach to be genuine, relational and bold, yet humorous, comforting, and nonjudgmental. Natalie Bowman is a licensed professional counselor and a qualified AZ clinical supervisor who specializes in the treatment of trauma, dissociation, childhood abuse, and anxiety.

Natalie is passionate about coming alongside her clients and highly values the importance of a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship and works hard to foster that in her sessions. She approaches healing from a holistic view and works to use tools that will help clients emotionally, physically, and spiritually find relief and healing. She counsels from an attachment-based, trauma-informed lens and primarily uses interventions like EMDR, DBR, somatic work and parts work (ego state and IFS) to help clients navigate their wounds. Natalie enjoys offering Christian counseling and is comfortable integrating her faith into sessions when requested by clients.

In her personal life, she is a wife and mom of 2 young boys and can be found spending time with her family, watching reruns of The Office, or with a cup of iced coffee in hand, hunting through thrift stores for treasure
