If your trauma story has you feeling hopeless or beyond help, if therapy has failed you in the past, or if you are struggling to believe healing is possible, Rachel is likely going to be a good counselor for you. She is a specialized trauma therapist who focuses on the treatment of complex trauma, dissociative disorders, and suicidality in adults, offering Christian trauma therapy when requested. You’ll find her approach to be authentic, relational and encouraging, yet direct and confident. Rachel uses Deep Brain Reorienting, Trauma Model Therapy, and Ego State Therapy, primarily, to help clients heal from trauma, attachment wounds, and the kind of aloneness that shows up deep in your soul. Rachel's therapy dog, Henry, joins her in sessions.
